Crystal Healing

Service Description

Before I begin the session we have little chat about how you're feeling and if there is anything you would like me to focus on during the session, or if you prefer we can dive straight in and see what comes through in the session. I then begin the treatment by selecting the appropriate crystals to help your energy system. I align your chakras, clear your energy system from any stagnant energy and raise your vibration. I place crystals on and around your body and I move my hands gently around your body, focusing on specific areas. What is Crystal Healing? Crystal healing is an energy-based treatment. Each crystal holds a unique energetic vibration and thus when used during a healing treatment they can gently support the body to heal in a therapeutic way. Crystals can affect energies on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. If you are suffering from physical concerns such as headaches or stress, or emotional or spiritual concerns crystal healing can help. During your session, I will be intuitively led, working with your energy, with crystals and reiki to remove blocks and activate and support the self-healing process. We have a chat after the session to discuss what I worked on, how you felt and what crystals I would recommend for you.
