A Voyage To The Womb Retreat Day

An intimate Women's Day retreat, journeying into the sacred womb space, to observe what needs to be seen and healed, in a loving and safe space. With healing and supportive modalities, we will bring forward love and growth through awakening the power of our divine feminine.

🌹 We MOVE and embody through a yin yoga flow.

🌹 We PAUSE together with a cacao ceremony.

🌹 We BREATHE into the golden womb-heart-throat axis.

🌹 We EXPLORE through a guided ancestral healing journey.

🌹 We HEAL with a deep and soulful sound bath and find ourselves in a place of peace with Reiki.

Gifts of a meditation crystal and handmade rose oil infused with Reiki.

There will be opportunities to share together throughout the day, if you feel comfortable to do so.
