Allow myself and Cesca to take you on a journey to revitalise the soul and emerge from the depths of the winter through guided meditation, crystals, sound healing, flowers, yoga flow & Reiki ✨️🤲🏼

We have special guest joining us to share nourishing sound healing while you recieve Reiki 💫@shanicewilloughby

An intimate women's ceremony with just 10 spaces.

Located at the beautiful  @thebisleyyurt 

 

Wear something comfy, and bring a yoga mat and blanket  if possible.

Herbal tea and sweet treats provided.
