🌹 We PAUSE together with a sacred Cacao ceremony and breathwork.

🌻 We HEAL with a deep and soulful sound bath.

🌺 We MOVE through a yoga FLOW and find ourselves in a place of peace with Reiki.

Gifts of essential oil moon spray infused with Reiki, and a crystal chosen specifically for the meditation ☺️

Our idea is to take you on a journey to your inner child to capture what needs to be seen and healed, in a loving and safe space. We will bring forward joy and creativity through awakening the sacral and the heart chakra 🧡

You will recieve a beautiful guided Cacao ceremony with breakwork and visualisation.

A guided meditation and healing journey with crystals to meet your inner child.

A yoga flow to ignite the sacral chakra.

A full hour long sound bath ending with 1-1 Reiki healing.

We will share together throughout the day and use oracle cards and other magical tools! ✨️

Sweet treats and tea provided all day. Please bring a small lunch with you to enjoy in the garden.
