Important Information

This event will take place outdoors in the woodland. Please dress warmly in layers, wear comfortable footwear, and bring waterproofs if rain is forecast.

This event is for 18+ but age 16 is ok with a supervised adult.

The herbal tea tonic for the tea ceremony is for ages 18+, we have some other tea for under 18 and for pregnancy.

Please bring if possible:
• A yoga mat
• A blanket
• A cushion
• An eye mask (for the sound journey, if you have one)

Food & Allergens:
There will be a pop up food stall available for you to purchase.

While nourishing and lovingly made, we cannot guarantee it will be free from allergens including egg, wheat, dairy, nuts, sesame, or soya. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
