An afternoon of music, movement, fire and community as we mark the turning of the season together.

Mindful connection to nature. Forest bathing, communal eating in the woods with nourishing plant based food, astrological workshop and sound journey with Reiki feeling the Earth beneath.
Retreating Into Winter
Slowing the body with the change of season. Retreating inward with a sound journey fireside with Reiki, an elderberry and hawthorn tea ceremony, astrological workshop and guided somatic movement in the woodland.
Winter Solstice Gathering
Gathering in the woodland to honour the shortest day. Warming soup by the fire with talks of the traditions of Winter Solstice, sound journey with Reiki inside the wildling barn and mindful grounding in the woods.
